This award is available for Mexican students who demonstrate financial need and who are planning to enroll at one of the following public Texas colleges or universities: Sul Ross State University, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Texas Southmost College, Texas State Technical College-Harlingen, University of Texas at Brownsville, University of Texas at El Paso, and University of Texas Pan American. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international students. Must reside in Mexico. Must be a citizen of Mexico. Must attend one of the following Texas public college or university: Sul Ross State University, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Texas Southmost College, Texas State Technical College-Harlingen, the University of Texas at Brownsville, the University of Texas at El Paso, and the University of Texas Pan American.
