About the Scholarship

U.S. students who are the spouse, child, stepchild or grandchild of an employee of an InfoComm member organization or an employee of an InfoComm member organization are eligible for this award. Students must be current second, third or fourth year students with a grade point average of 2.75 or higher in an audiovisual related program of study. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be in the second year of his/her two-year degree, in the third or fourth years of a four-year degree or a graduate school candidate. Must be the spouse, child, stepchild or grandchild of an employee of an InfoComm member organization or an employee of an InfoComm member organization in good standing at the time of application. Must be majoring in an audiovisual-related field, such as audio, video, audiovisual, electronics, telecommunications, technical theater, data networking, software development, information technology (IT) or another major related to a career in the audiovisual industry. Please note that students in other majors may be considered provided they can demonstrate a relationship to career goals in the audiovisual industry. For example, journalism may be an appropriate field of study for a student interested in a career in AV sales. Must enroll at an accredited postsecondary institution full time or part time (nine credit hours or more).
