About the Scholarship

This scholarship competition is open to current undergraduate and graduate students who are or become members of Michigan First Credit Union and are 17 to 25 years of age. Students must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher and submit a video. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a member of Michigan First Credit Union. Information on joining the credit union is available online at www.youngfreemichigan.com/join. Must be 17 to 25 years of age at time of entry. Must be currently attending a university, college or community college as a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or enrolled in a graduate program OR be a previous high school graduate who did not immediately enter university, college, or community college upon high school graduation. If the entrant entered the armed forces, he/she must have been honorably discharged. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
