About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. students who plan to enroll at Missouri State University as freshmen. Students must have a class rank in the top 50 percent or a grade point average of 3.0 or higher AND an ACT score of 20 or higher or an SAT score of 1030 or higher. Students must also excel in three of the following areas: leadership; volunteerism; performing arts; athletics. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be lawfully present in the United States. Must be an incoming freshman. The student must graduate from a a high school accredited by a state education agency or a regional accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Must plan to attend Missouri State University (Springfield campus). Must enroll full time in the year he/she graduates from high school. Must rank in the top 50 percent of his/her class OR have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale as of the end of his/her sixth semester of high school. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher OR an SAT score of 1030 or higher (critical reading and math sections only). ACT or SAT scores taken during or before October of the senior year will be considered. Must excel in three of the following four areas of involvement: leadership; volunteerism; performing arts; athletics.
