About the Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded by the My Perfect Workplace, an organization, established in Sherman Oaks, CA, that creates a platform for broker/agents, and landlords to advertise commercial real estate for lease or sale allowing potential buyers or tenants to easily find the property or workplace that they were looking for. The grant is awarded yearly for undergraduates and graduate students studying in the U.S. who are interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. A major factor for selection is the quality of the submitted essay.
How to apply for the scholarship?
Interested applicants should write an essay of 1000-1500 words that answers the following question: "What interests you most about commercial real estate and how do you plan on furthering your interest through your education?" When sending the essay, the email subject should be: Scholarship Essay
Along with the essay, you should also write on how you heard about this scholarship.

How much the scholarship award amounts to?
The award amounts to $1,000 yearly and is non-renewable.
One scholarship is provided yearly.
The deadline date is set for August 15
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application.
- Must provide proof of full-time enrollment at a four-year college or university
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident
- Must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher
