About the Scholarship
U.S. female undergraduate students between the ages of 17 and 35 who are majoring in chemistry, physics, or chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering are eligible for this award. Each student must be a member or the daughter or granddaughter of a member of the Sons of Norway; such membership must have been of three or more years in duration on the date the application is submitted. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must not be younger than 17 and not older than 35 on the date that the scholarship application is submitted. Must be enrolled full time. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a female. Must have an SAT score of 1800 or higher, an SAT math score of 600 or higher, OR an ACT score of 26 or higher. Must major in chemistry, physics, or chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering. Must have completed at least one term (quarter/semester) of her studies at time of application. Must be a member OR the daughter or granddaughter of a member of the Sons of Norway.
