This award is available to North Carolina high school seniors who are planning to attend one of the constituent institutions of The University of North Carolina. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must plan to enroll at one of the constituent institutions of the University of North Carolina. Must be a resident of North Carolina. Must enroll full time. Must be a graduating high school senior at time of application. Must demonstrate academic achievement (as indicated by class rank, cumulative grade point average, and SAT scores).
