About the Scholarship
This scholarship is available for New Jersey STARS recipients who plan to transfer from a New Jersey county college to a New Jersey four-year public college or university. Students must have a grade point average of 3.25 or higher and a family income of $250,000 or less. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of New Jersey. Must be a NJ STARS recipient. Must have completed an associate's degree from a New Jersey college. Must have earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher while in county college. Must have a family income (including taxable and untaxed income) of $250,000 or less. Must be admitted to a New Jersey four-year public institution.
