About the Scholarship

This award is available for female U.S. college sophomores and juniors who major in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or systems engineering. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and attend select institutions as listed on the SWE website. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must plan to major in one of the following fields: computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or systems engineering. Must be a female. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a full-time student. Must be a college sophomore or junior at time of application. The student must be in a position to accept the scholarship for the school year in which it is being awarded. Must be a U.S. citizen.
