This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled part-time at eligible institutions in New York State. The student must demonstrate financial need and meet income eligibility limitations set by the New York Higher Education Commission. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or a qualifying non-citizen. Must be enrolled as a part-time student. Must enroll in an approved undergraduate degree program or registered certificate program at a degree-granting institution in New York. Must be a legal resident of New York. Must demonstrate financial need and meet income eligibility limitations, as set by the New York Higher Education Commission. Must be a high school graduate or older.
