About the Scholarship
This scholarship is available to graduates of Oklahoma high schools (or GED recipients) who in the Oklahoma DHS custody foster care system, or had aged out, at the time of graduation from high school or at the time of obtaining a GED. Students must be 25 years of age or younger. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a graduate of an Oklahoma high school or have obtained a GED. Must be a high school graduate or GED recipient at time of application. Must be 25 years of age or younger at time of application. Must have been in the Oklahoma DHS custody foster care system, or have aged out, at the time of graduation from high school or at the time of obtaining a GED. Must be an Oklahoma resident.
