Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a resident of Oregon. Must plan to attend or be attending a licensed school in Oregon that participates in federal Title IV financial aid programs. Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a barbering, hair design, cosmetology, or manicure program. Must enroll on a full-time basis in a program that is at least 9 months long or requires 900 or more clock hours. Must be a high school graduate or older.
