Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be pursuing a master's, specialist, or doctoral degree in education, or be engaged in dissertation research. Must be a member of Phi Delta Kappa International. Must be a full-time student during the year of the award. Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an eligible graduate program.
