About the Scholarship
This award is for Pennsylvania undergraduate students who are planning to attend an eligible college or university in Pennsylvania or eligible colleges with reciprocal agreements with Pennsylvania. Students must demonstrate financial need and have an EFC of $5,081 or lower, as determined by completing the FAFSA. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Pennsylvania. Must be a high school graduate or the recipient of a GED at time of application, and currently pursuing a first undergraduate degree. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must attend an eligible college or university in one of the following state: Pennsylvania Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
