About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are licensed radio amateurs (technician class or higher) attending an accredited two- or four-year college/university. Students must reside in central Illinois (Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Knox, McLean, Fulton, Logan, Marshall, or Stark counties). Eligibility Criteria
