About the Scholarship

This award is offered to U.S. college juniors or seniors who are of African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native, or Pacific Islander ancestry. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and it is preferred that they major or minor in public relations (or are in a communications degree program if a public relations program is not offered at their school). Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must be a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited four-year college or university. Must be a member of one of the following minority groups: African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Alaskan Native, Asian, or Pacific Islander. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Preference is given to those majoring or minoring in public relations. A student attending a school that does not offer a public relations degree or program must be enrolled in a communications degree program, such as journalism or mass communications.
