About the Scholarship
The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship is available to minority students who are pursuing a graduate degree in foreign affairs. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher and demonstrate financial need. Application requirements for the Rangel Graduate Fellowship are:Personal statement Application form Nomination Recommendation letter Official Transcript Proof of Citizenship GRE or GMAT Scores Student Aid Report (SAR)
Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher. Must plan to major in foreign affairs. Must be a minority student.
