About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County (NC) public high school. Students must plan to pursue an undergraduate mathematics degree and rank in the top 15 percent of their class. Application requirements for the Sam L. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a graduating high school senior. Must attend a public high school in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County (NC) school system. Must pursue an undergraduate mathematics degree and demonstrate the potential to achieve the career goal to which he/she aspires. The student must also demonstrate excellence in mathematics in both course selection and grades. Must demonstrate evidence of scholarship, including appropriate selection of high school curriculum and a ranking in the top 15 percent of his/her class.
