About the Scholarship

St. Petersburg Panhellenic Association Scholarship is sponsored by the St. Petersburg Panhellenic Alumnae Association.  The St. Petersburg Alumnae Panhellenic Association is membered by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). The NPC was founded in 1902. The foundation aims at educating women and their families about the collegiate Greek system. The association supports education by giving scholarships and maintain a positive role model in the community.


St. Petersburg Panhellenic Association Scholarship application process

  • It is not mandatory for a student to fill the FAFSA form as the admission application will be used to asses the recipient’s eligibility criteria.
  • Students with great academic achievements and financial need will be taken into consideration.

  • Importance will be mostly given for leadership abilities and experiences, a short essay and letter of recommendation

St. Petersburg Panhellenic Association Scholarship amounts to

  • The organization provides $750 to $1000 annually to the students who meet their eligibility criteria, scholarships are nonrenewable once issued.

  • The number of awards offered varies annually and is dependent on funding.

Deadline Information

Applications are available online from the St. Petersburg Panhellenic Association website and must be submitted by the end of April 15, 2020.

Once completed, the application, transcript, and letter of recommendation must be mailed to the Scholarship Chair at the address on the application. Contact the Scholarship Chair for any questions.


Eligibility Criteria

  •       Complete the attached application

  •      Provide a letter of recommendation

  •      Be a member of a National Panhellenic Conference Sorority at a 4-year college or university

  •      Be a Pinellas County, FL, resident or attend college in Pinellas County, FL
