About the Scholarship

This full-tuition scholarship award is offered to participants in the Take Stock in Children mentoring program. Students must be in the sixth through ninth grades at entrance to the program, be residents of Florida, and maintain a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. *Please note: This is the grade point average required by the state TSIC office. Individual counties may have a different grade point average requirement. Must be a resident of Florida. *Please note: After being accepted into the TSIC program, the student must remain in Florida until he/she graduates from high school. Must have a family income below the federal poverty level. Must be in sixth through ninth grade to enroll in the Take Stock in Children program.
