About the Scholarship

This program provides a waiver of nonresident tuition to individuals who are residents of a county or parish of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma that is adjacent to Texas. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must attend a public institution in Texas which has reciprocal agreement with a similar institution in the student's home state. Must be a resident of a county or parish in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma that is adjacent to Texas. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
