Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, or Oklahoma. Must plan to attend a two-year institution in the Lamar University System or any public community technical college located in a county immediately adjacent to the state in which the non-resident student resides. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
