About the Scholarship

Texas Bordering States Waiver is accredited by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. This program provides a waiver of nonresident tuition for students from neighboring states (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma) enrolled in certain public institutions in Texas.
