TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship Program 2026: Application Outlook

TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship is designed for undocumented immigrant students living in states that do NOT offer in-state tuition or state financial aid to undocumented students - the "locked out" states. For 2026, the program awards up to $80,000 over four years (or $33,000 over two years for community college transfers) toward bachelor's degree completion at one of TheDream.US's Partner Colleges, several of which provide on-campus housing for Opportunity Scholars.
