The Thomas J. Seefred Scholarship awards college students ages of 18-25 who suffer from Juvenile Diabetes and are pursuing a bachelors degrees, scholarships. Each recipient may be awarded up to $3,000 per year. Preference will be given to residents of Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana counties. Application requirements for the Thomas J. Eligibility Criteria
