About the Scholarship

Current college sophomores and juniors who are Native American or Alaskan Native are eligible for this award. Students must be enrolled in a health care or tribal public policy course of study. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must demonstrate academic achievement. Must be majoring in a field related to health care or tribal public policy. Must be Native American or an Alaskan Native. Must be a matriculated sophomore- or junior-level student at a two-year or four-year institution of higher education, pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree during the upcoming academic year. "Sophomore" is defined, for purposes of this scholarship, as a student who intends at least two more years of full-time undergraduate study beginning in the fall; "junior" is defined, for purposes of this scholarship, as a student who intends at least one more year of full-time undergraduate study beginning in the fall.
