About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who plan to major in accounting, business, economics, engineering, history, philosophy, or political science at a UNCF member institution. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the UNCF/Koch Undergraduate Scholars Program are:Application form Essays (6) Official Transcript FAFSA Recommendation letters (3)

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident. Must be African American. Must be a high school senior. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must plan to enroll full time. Must major in one of the following eligible fields: accounting; business; economics; engineering; history; philosophy; political science. Please note: Not every eligible school offers all eligible majors. Students should check the "UKSP Eligible Undergraduate Institutions & Majors" document on the UNCF website to verify their eligibility. Must plan to attend an eligible college/university.
