Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must plan to enroll full-time. Must be a resident of Virginia. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. Must graduate from a Virginia high school (students who obtain a GED or complete home schooling are not eligible). Must have a cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be admitted into a Virginia public two or four year college or university.
