About the Scholarship

WACE National Co-op Scholarship is accredited by the World Association for Cooperative Education (WACE). The Foundation was established in the year 1983 to encourage Cooperative education and other work-integrated learning programs around the world. WACE provides specialized help to educational organizations and governments interested in embracing cooperative and work-integrated education programs, especially among third world countries. WACE encourages all the students who are interested in the STEM program.


WACE National Co-op Scholarship application

  • The candidate needs to fill the FAFSA form available at fafsa.gov portal before the start of the new academic session

  • In addition to a complete FAFSA application, each participating college or university may require its students to submit additional forms and information.

  • These merit co-op scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors and transfer students who plan to participate in
    college cooperative education at one of our Partner Institutions listed on the Scholarship Partners tab.

WACE National Co-op Scholarship amounts to

  • The scholarship provides $6000 annually which is renewable for an additional 3 to 4years.

  • 10 to 30 scholarships are offered annually.

Deadline info

The applications are found on the official website of WACE. All the applications must be submitted by the end of February 15, 2020.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale

  • Apply for admission for the 2019-2020 academic year at institution(s) you select on the scholarship application

  • Meet other merit scholarship criteria as established by the institution(s) selected on the application
