About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Baltimore who have been accepted to UMBC and the Walter Sondheim Public Affairs Scholars Program. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must demonstrate an interest in public policy. Eligibility Criteria

Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be accepted to UMBC and the Walter Sondheim Public Affairs Scholars Program. Must be majoring in political science, public policy, or public administration.
