Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must reside on Whidbey Island. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award. Preference is given to students who are self-identified lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered; members of LGBT families; or allies who have been strongly supportive of the LGBT community.
