About the Scholarship
This award is available to undergraduate students from Utah who have one or more parents currently incarcerated or with a history of incarceration. Application requirements for the Willy the Plumber Scholarship are:Essay Recommendation letter (x2) Application form Official Transcript
Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application. Must have a parent who is incarcerated or demonstrates a history of incarceration. Must have a competitive grade point average. A grade point average of 3.0 or higher is recommended, but not required. Must be a resident of Utah.
