About the Scholarship

This award is for high school students in Washington state who have history of achievement despite having been a victim of injury or overcoming a disability, handicap, or similar challenge and are committed to using his/her education toward helping people. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Washington state. Must be a high school senior.
