New Hampshire is a small state in the US; however, it offers various learning options for the students in the state. Around 50,000 students are enrolled in the online courses being offered in the state. It comprises of ‘University System of New Hampshire’ which is a public university system, followed across the state. The state also has a community college system which serves around 27,000 students and has seven independent colleges under it. The state was ranked 5th in the graduation rates for four-year colleges.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, the state of New Hampshire has around 27 institutes out of which 13 are private-non-for-profit, 2 are private-for-profit and 12 public schools. Around 17% of students are enrolled in online education which can be broken down into 13.5% undergraduates out of which 42.2% of the students were living in the state. The total number of student enrollment in the state was 133,136 in 2016. The total number of degrees awarded in 2015-2016 was 3,076 Associate's Degree, 12,527 Bachelor's Degree, 6,960 Master's Degree and 468 Doctoral Degrees, according to the NCES.

It is also a member of the RSP Tuition Break Program which provides flexibility to the students to attend college outside their state.

The state has increased the funding for education for approximately 29% increase in spending per student, which shows the dedication of the state towards the education. Financial Aid is provided by the state for which a student can apply for, if eligible.
