Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) was established in the year 1932 in Manchester. The university is a private not-for-profit educational institution. It has a 300-acre campus and has more than 90,000 students enrolled in the online course.

The university found its genesis as a small privately funded and operated school that trained bookkeepers in the methods of accounting and was called the New Hampshire Accounting and Secretarial School.

A school that started with 35 students now has 3000 on-campus students with more than 1,04,068 registered for various courses.

The university offers more than 200 programs in bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, Certificate and Associate degrees.
