About Franklin Pierce University

Franklin Pierce University is a private not-for-profit institution which was chartered by the State Legislature on November 14, 1962.  It was established as a college and was formally recognized as a university on July 1, 2007, which reflected the growth of undergraduate opportunities and the university has more than 2,000 students who have enrolled in various kinds of programs.

The university achieved instructional achievement through the integration of liberal arts and professional programs. The community of educators creates surroundings that foster highbrow curiosity and encourages an experiential way of life for the students.
