About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. students who are currently completing courses at a two-year college/university with a declared intent to major in accounting or a related field at a four-year institution. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate some financial need (i.e., not already have educational expenses covered). Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder). Must be accepted into a public or private, not-for-profit (501(c)) four-year college or university located in the U.S. states or territories for the full academic year. The business program must be accredited by the AACSB and/or ACBSP; exceptions may be granted, but are not guaranteed, at the discretion of AICPA. Must be currently completing courses at a two-year college/university with a declared intent to major in accounting or a related field (as determined by AICPA). The student must be planning to pursue the CPA licensure but not presently be a CPA. Must have maintained an overall and major grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must enroll as a full-time student (12 semester hours or the equivalent).
