About the Scholarship

College juniors or seniors who are residents of New York attending a New York state college or university are eligible for this award. Students must be majoring in accounting and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must complete 72 or more credit hours by the deadline and 84 credits by the start of the upcoming fall semester. Part-time students or students whose programs have followed an irregular pattern must be at an equivalent stage. In addition, such students must have successfully completed one semester of the colleges intermediate accounting course(s). Must major in accounting. Must be a resident of New York. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must have grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be enrolled at a New York state college or university that offers an accounting program registered by the State Education Department as meeting the educational requirements for admission to the CPA examination.
