About the Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. and Canadian undergraduate students who are 18 years of age or older. Students, attending school or living in Alabama, Georgia or Florida, pursuing careers in welding engineering or welding engineering technology. An overall minimum GPA of 2.8 or a minimum GPA of 3.0 in all engineering courses is required. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a citizen of the U.S. or Canada. Must be a high school graduate to apply for this undergraduate award. Must pursue a bachelors degree in welding engineering or welding engineering technology. Priority will be given to welding engineering students interested in pursuing a career with an industrial gas or welding equipment distributor. Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application. Must have an overall grade point average of 2.8 or higher with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher in all engineering courses. Must enroll full time. Priority will be given to those individuals residing or attending school in the states of Alabama, Georgia or Florida.
