About the Scholarship
Aquinas College is continuously assessing each student’s ability to contribute to his or her education. Financial aid is awarding the Aquinas College Alumni Scholarship to assist those students who are descendants of Aquinas College Alumni. To assist students to achieve a liberal arts education, various Federal, State, and Institutional financial aid programs are established. The scholarship is applied to the full-time dependent students who are children of Aquinas Alumni or parents and who have earned a minimum of 60 credits at Aquinas College traditional-age students who transfer from college with a cumulative grade point average specified by the financial aid of Aquinas college.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
In order to apply for this scholarship, an applicant must fill and submit a FAFSA application form before October 1st, which demonstrates the financial need of a student.
A student must clearly provide the information in the FAFSA application. Based on the information provided in the FAFSA, the student will be assisted financially.
In addition to FAFSA form, an applicant must provide official documents of the institution and high school.
To demonstrate the credit score as mentioned by the financial aid, a student needs to submit the official transcripts of ACT/SAT scorecards.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The scholarship is funding $1000 per year to any number of applicants. and it is renewable up to three additional years of student's academic study.
All applicants must apply to this scholarship no later than 1st March 2020.
A student should be full-time dependent and children of Aquinas Alumni.
In order to receive the award, students should have earned a minimum of 60 credits at Aquinas College.
