About the Scholarship
Aquinas College is continuously assessing each student’s ability to contribute to his or her education. Financial aid is awarding the Aquinas College St. Dominic Out-of-State Grant to assist those students who come from out-of-state high school in the U.S. In order to assist the students to achieve a liberal arts education, various Federal, State, and Institutional financial aid programs are established. The scholarship is applied to the student who maintains the cumulative grade point average specified by the financial aid of Aquinas college. In addition to that, applicants must also demonstrate their great economical burden in the view of pursuing academic study. The applicants must show satisfactory academic progress in order to receive this award.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
In order to apply for this scholarship, an applicant must fill and submit a FAFSA application form before October 1st, which demonstrates the financial need of a student.
A student must clearly provide the information in the FAFSA application. Based on the information provided in the FAFSA, the student will be assisted financially.
In addition to FAFSA form, an applicant must provide official documents of the institution or high school.
To demonstrate the academic GPA mentioned by the financial aid, a student needs to submit the official transcripts of ACT/SAT scorecards.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The scholarship is funding $2000 to any number of applicants. and it is renewable up to five additional years of student's academic study who maintains a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
The applicants are required to submit the scholarship application on or before 1st March 2020.
The award is available to a student who comes from an out-of-state high school in the U.S.
A student should maintain a minimum 2.5-grade point average or more to receive this award.
