About the Scholarship
Bucknell's Arts Merit Scholarship is awarded to the first-year students who plan to pursue studies in art & art history, creative writing, dance, film or media studies, literary studies, music or theatre. The financial need is not required to receive this opportunity. The recipients are nominated by faculty members or the professors of the Bucknell University based on student's satisfactory academic progress and program requirements.
How to Apply for Scholarship?

To be considered for this Scholarship, applicants must apply for admission to Bucknell University using the Common Application or the Coalition Application.
- A financial need demonstration is not required for this award. Hence any eligible applicants can apply to this scholarship.

In order to determine a student's academic performance, an applicant must provide his/her ACT/SAT grade cards.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The Scholarship award range from $2,500 to $20,000 annually to any number of applicants. The award is renewable.
The Bucknell University financial aid has fixed the deadline on 15th January 2020.
Eligibility Criteria

Students should be from first-year who plan to pursue studies in art & art history, creative writing, dance, film/media studies, literary studies, music (major or non-major) or theatre (performance or design and technology).

A student must study at Bucknell University.

Students should have good academic performance.
