This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a current undergraduate student. Must be enrolled full time. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must be a resident of Oklahoma. Must be an enrolled member or descendant of an Oklahoma tribe. Must be enrolled at a tribal college/university (TCU).
