About the Scholarship
Residents of St. Lucie County in Florida who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited school of medicine or dentistry are eligible for this award. Students must enroll full time and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the Basil L. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must pursue a degree in medicine or dentistry at an institution that is accredited and recognized by the AMA (American Medical Association, www.ama.org) or ADA (American Dental Association, www.ada.org) or AOA (American Osteopathic Association, www.osteopathic.org/) . Must be a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida. Must be accepted into a medical or dental degree program. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must enroll full time.
