About the Scholarship
This award is for U.S. students from West Virginia who are high school graduates of Clay County High School. The applicant must have a 2.5 grade point average or higher, an ACT score of 20 or higher to be eligible, and attend college full-time. Must be a high school senior at the time of application. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must enroll as a full-time student.
