About the Scholarship
Bernard E. Dillon Vocational Skills Scholarship
Bernard E. Dillon Vocational Skills Scholarship is named in honor of AMRA Past National President Bernard E. Dillon. AMRA was the only one who took the initiative and decides to provide this program to that applicant who can not pursue their high education, he helps to those people who are not financially strong.
He encouraged to the association to create foundation that helps all those candidates who are hardworking and cant pursue high education because of the financial issue, and also provide to the military family.
This scholarship can be used for books/tuition/fees, and not applicable to the room.
This scholarship provides $1,000 annually to all those candidates who can avail the requirement of this scholarship.
The applicant must be a current member of AMRA or the spouse, dependent child, or grandchild of a current member.
The applicant must be enrolled at an accredited/licensed vocational-technical institution.
