About the Scholarship
These military dependent scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit through an application process that is evaluated by a committee. Eligibility Criteria
Must be a dependent child, grandchild, or spouse of a blinded veteran to include Active Duty blinded service members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
