About the Scholarship

Current undergraduate single parents who reside in Clay County, Arkansas are eligible for this award. Students must be the head of household and be living at or near the poverty level. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a resident of Clay County in Arkansas. Must be the single parent of one or more children under the age of 18. Must be the head of the household. Must be a low-income person at or near the poverty level. Must be pursuing a vocationally-oriented course of study as a full-time or part-time student. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent to apply for this undergraduate award (students may apply if they are enrolled in college and are in the process of obtaining a GED diploma).
