This award is for single parents who are residents of Desha County, AR. Students must be high school graduates or older at the time of application, and demonstrate financial need. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Desha County, Arkansas. Must be the head of the household. Must be single, legally separated, divorced or widowed. Must have one or more children. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be pursuing an undergraduate postsecondary course of study full or part time to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family. The student cannot have already obtained an undergraduate degree. Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent at time of application.
