Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Connecticut. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate associate’s or bachelor’s degree program. Must attend an eligible independent college or university in Connecticut. Must demonstrate substantial financial need, as determined from information provided on the FAFSA.
