About the Scholarship

Drury University Trustee Scholarship is authorized by Drury University. The association was found in 1873 to provoke an environment of strong academic discourse and intellectual accomplishment. Dury is a private college church-related, grounded in the human sciences tradition, and committed to customized training in a network of scholars who value the arts of instructing and learning.


How to apply for this scholarship?

  • The students applying for this scholarship grant must have been submitted their  Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application to receive this award.

  • The student must submit proof of adequate language proficiency (TOEFL, SAT, IELTS, ELS Language Centers, ACT)

  • Students must demonstrate financial need.

  • Candidates must provide a required essay describing their interest, and a resume.

 

Drury University Trustee Scholarship award amounts to

  • This scholarship provides $17000 annually renewable for up to three years as long as the recipient maintains a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. 

  • Award amounts are based on a combined dollar amount of SAT/ACT scores and grade point average

  • The total number of awards offered by this scholarship is approximately around 20 scholarships annually.

 

Deadline information

The applications are to be submitted by the end of January 10, 2020. The applications and other related information are available online on the Drury University website. 


Eligibility Criteria

  • The recipient must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

  • Applicants must be first-time college students.

  • Recipients must study at Drury college.
